Prof.Haizhou Wang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Honorary Chairman of the International Iron and Steel Industry Analysis Committee.  He was graduated from Department of Chemistry of Peking University. Prof. Haizhou Wang has been engaged in metallurgical analysis and characterization and high-throughput experimental research of material genetic engineering for a long time. He is an advocate and inventor of several new technologies and characterization methods in the field of metallurgical analysis and characterization in China. His proposed the new concept of in-situ statistical distribution analysis characterization  and new method for high-throughput statistical mapping characterization based on the nature of material heterogeneity for the first time internationally, to solve large-scale range of material composition and state (from the micro - mesoscopic - macroscopic) scale comprehensive statistical analysis of the distribution of cross-quantitative characterization of the problem. He won the second prize of National Technology Invention Award and the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. Prof. Haizhou Wang serves as the Chief Scientist and Member of the Academic Advisory Committee of the Center.
